Prior to closing, it is critical that you receive and discuss Ginosko’s Feasibility & Recommendation Report for your development. This report includes key financial projections, SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), and Recommendations. This report has also proven to be critical in securing various loans.
